Rake soot blower

The HX-PS type rake soot blower is primarily used for cleaning the flue gas denitrification device (SCR) on power station boilers. It is also widely adopted in areas such as the finned tube economizer, tubular air preheater of boilers, convection tube bundles of some small boilers, and sections of certain special boilers (like waste heat boilers) where the flue gas temperature does not exceed 600°C.

Features:

■  Blowing main pipe and rake pipe—The material of the blowing main pipe and rake pipe is selected based on the flue gas temperature inside the furnace. Depending on the specific project, the rake pipe can be designed in single or multiple rows.

■  Nozzles—Multiple high-efficiency Venturi-type nozzles are arranged on the rake pipe, with the nozzle size specifically chosen according to the project requirements.

■  Support and guidance mechanism—Installed parallel on both sides of the cleaning surface to support and guide the movement of the rake pipe.

■  Control system—Power and control power enter the control box on the soot blower, enabling both remote and local control.

■  Sealing of the inner pipe and blowing pipe—Graphite packing seals are used to ensure sealing reliability.

■  Valve—The sealing surface is made by grinding a hard-faced cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy, providing excellent sealing performance and durability. The built-in pressure regulating disk on the outlet side of the valve allows precise adjustment of the outlet pressure.
